About Ogilville
Who am I? I’m not here to teach complicated theories. I teach communication that works in real life — with real people. Why do I teach this? Because I’ve seen how misunderstandings destroy relationships, sales, and confidence — not because people are bad, but because they communicate differently. What I believe: When you understand how people think, communication becomes easier, kinder, and more effective. What I help you do: I help you recognize different personality colors and adjust your communication — so you can influence without forcing, and connect without conflict.
