About Amalina
I’m a dedicated personal trainer with 4 years of experience helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness habits. I believe fitness should be empowering, not intimidating, and I aim to make strength training accessible to women at every stage, from beginners and experienced lifters to those navigating pregnancy and postpartum. I became a coach because I love helping people discover what they’re capable of, both physically and mentally. My approach is supportive, practical, and results-focused, with training that fits your goals, lifestyle, and experience.

I provide personalised training to help women build strength, gain muscle, improve fitness, and feel more confident in the gym. I work with all experience levels, including women who are pregnant or returning to training postpartum.
In-person training: Individualised sessions with guidance on technique and training around your specific needs.
Online coaching: This is not a live webcam session. I provide your personalised workout program, and you send me videos of your exercises. I review your technique, provide feedback, and adjust your program as you progress.
Free 30-minute consultation: The complimentary 30 minutes is a consultation call, not a training session. It’s an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, training experience, and how I can best support you.
