About Malik
I bring over a decade of experience working in leading finance organisations, including two Big 4 firms and a major UK retail finance team. My career has been built in high-pressure, competitive, and politically complex environments, all while completing a demanding Chartered qualification. I understand exactly what it takes to stand out when a single job posting attracts hundreds or even thousands of applicants.
I’ve been through the process myself, and I know how tough it can be. That’s why I’m committed to helping others succeed. Supporting people through their job search and career challenges is genuinely rewarding for me, because it can transform not just someone’s career, but their entire life and their family’s future.

I have worked across 2 of the Big 4 accounting firms, and a leading retail business finance team in the UK as well as completing my Chartered qualification. During the process I have had many individuals approach me for advice on CV prep, interview readiness and support whilst in work and dealing with a tough boss. I help individuals stand out during their recruitment process and understand competitive environments.
