I am Aditya, I have been practicing meditation since last 5 years. Mediation has helped in quitting smoking and alcohol. It has greatly helped me in dealing with stress and anxiety. Regular practice of meditation can help in dealing with stress, emotional pain, overthinking etc.

I teach mantra meditation along with relaxation exercises in an hour long session. I can individually guide seekers or lead small groups in their practice of meditation. Experienced meditators can join me to practice meditation together and share their experiences.
