About Alex
Hey :)
I’m Alex, out of northern Sydney NSW. I’m a full-time bouldering bro, movie watcher and electronics hobbyist. I love to pull things apart, learn how they work, and put them back together again with a new understanding, and that’s exactly my strategy for tutoring.
I love that there are so many ways to learn something effectively, and people are so diverse in how they learn best, and so it’s almost a giant puzzle for me! I get to figure out how to talk to you, what you like, what you want to be, and I get to figure out the best methods that will help you get there. Feel free to come say hi!

I deeply enjoy getting to know people, how you respond to certain teaching methods, and finding the absolute most effective way for me to teach AND for you to learn. I’m a big visual learner so I like using lots of diagrams and demonstrations, and be sure to see all sorts of practice questions and resources. Tutoring is about mentoring somebody to become the most efficient student they can be, and that’s my mission!
