About Katie
Hi, I’m Katie, a Sport Science graduate, Level 2 Gym Instructor, and Level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for both education and fitness. I’m currently training to become a teacher through a PGCE, and I love helping others achieve their goals — whether that’s smashing exam results in Physical Education and Sport Science or building confidence and strength in the gym. I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from students preparing for GCSEs and A-levels to adults looking to improve their fitness and wellbeing. My approach is always: • Supportive — I’ll meet you where you’re at. • Practical — I link theory to real-world sport and exercise. • Goal-focused — whether academic success or personal progress, we’ll get there step by step. Outside of teaching and training, I’m passionate about sport, health, and staying active — so I understand how important it is to keep motivation high and learning enjoyable.
