About Sophia
I received a distinction in my intermediate ballet, I take heels, jazz and commercial regularly. I have been dancing for 10 years and I've performed in a few West End theatres such as Her Majesty’s Theatre and the Royal Albert Hall and the O2 Indigo.

My aim is to make sure my students are confident while dancing and never feel shy. I will teach depending on your dancing experience and what you feel comfortable doing but will try and push you to do the best you can. I’ll start off at a comfortable level then progress and seeing students progress quickly is always a good thing.
