I am a psychology major that has played basketball at a high level for the last 6 years. I have played for Great Britain and I now play collegiate basketball in the U.S. Fitness is a field I know a lot about- aspiring to be a personal trainer in the future!

About the lesson

My teaching method is based around what exercises I found have really worked for me. I recently embarked on a 4-week ab program that produced tremendous results that I would love to share with others! Fun, friendly, and super chilled fitness sessions!
