- As your tutor, I will review and explain concepts, go over practice problems, and place emphasis on your areas of struggle.
- My teaching is based on the specific needs of the student. Students can start by asking me for help with a concept, and we will review it. I will then revisit said concept to ensure the student has retained what they have learned.
- A lot of time will be spent working on practice problems, as I think this is the best way for students to become more confident in what they have learned.
- As a high school senior, I can offer relatability to students.

Lauren is an outstanding tutor/teacher/mentor. She has a true gift for writing and it’s amazing that she’s sharing that gift with others. Lauren has helped me on many essays fixing not only grammar mistakes but helping me create pieces that make an impact. She’s very understanding and patient when I explain the help that I need and not at all judgmental when helping me become a better writer. Any student would be lucky to work with Lauren!
