About Amadeo
Beyond my degree in Politics and Political Economy from King’s College London, I bring over 20 years of directly relevant experience in the field. This includes more than a decade as a civil servant working with major UK government departments, including the Foreign Office, giving me first-hand insight into political processes, policy development, and international affairs. I also have extensive lecturing experience at leading universities in both the UK and Europe, teaching a wide range of subjects such as UK and global politics, as well as various areas of international relations. In addition, I have tutored students up to PhD level, and I genuinely enjoy working collaboratively in a way that is engaging, supportive, and focused on building deep understanding and strong critical-thinking skills—drawing directly on my professional background. I am happy to support your exam preparation at GCSE, A-Level, IB, and undergraduate level, offering tailored guidance in essay writing, debating practice, seminar preparation, and overall subject mastery. Every lesson is customised to your goals, ensuring the support you receive is targeted, effective, and aligned with your learning needs.
