I have been a Fitness Professional for over 20 years and during that time worked in management, tutor and business development roles.
I am a firm believer that we need to truly understand what we're learning, in order to apply it in practice and therefore reap the benefits of doing so.

I have a very practical and simplified approach to educating my students whilst focusing on ensuring the most complex subjects / tasks are broken down into digestible and understandable chunks.
Lessons are 45-60 minutes.
I am currently working towards Level 3 Tutor & Assessor Qualifications to add to my career experience and knowledge.
