About Mina
I am an amiable teacher and I love helping students to reduce their stress by showing them how to become more effective by growing into a more confident writer, thinker and learner through a variety of different methods. I enjoy supporting students to learn in a fun yet academically developmental way. I particularly enjoy teaching students how to understand what the question is asking. In fact, answering essay questions under exam timed conditions and exam techniques are my key strengths.
I have a high success rate with students passing Tiffin's and grammar school entrance exams.
I also have experience as an examiner for A Level Politics (AQA) and specialise in British - UK, American and Ideologies topic areas, as well as having 9 years of experience teaching (AQA) A Level Sociology.

I take a personal approach to teaching my students how to elevate their thinking for essay writing skills. I use effective strategies to improve grades.
I adhere to the exam
board specifications where relevant and give applicable feedback to all students to help improve their confidence and grades.
I will make an assessment on where a student is performing and focus on where the gaps are to improve knowledge, application and evaluation of subject knowledge.
