About Shreya
Hello, I’m Shreya, a dedicated and professional tutor with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for teaching. I hold a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Biotechnology and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing. This education has given me a solid foundation in Chemistry and Physics, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. I approach tutoring with patience, structure, and clarity. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit individual needs and learning styles. My focus is always on helping students truly understand concepts, not just memorize answers. I explain topics step by step, encourage questions, and ensure students feel confident before moving on. In addition to science subjects, I have strong proficiency in English, developed through academic writing, presentations, and professional experience. I support students in improving comprehension, writing skills, grammar, and spoken communication in a clear and supportive manner. I take my responsibilities as a tutor seriously and maintain a professional, respectful, and encouraging learning environment. My aim is to help students build confidence, improve academically, and develop a positive attitude towards learning. Parents and students can expect reliability, clear communication, and a committed approach to each lesson.

My tutoring approach is student-centered, structured, and supportive. I focus on building strong fundamentals first and then gradually increasing difficulty so students gain confidence alongside understanding. I adapt my teaching style to suit each learner, using simple explanations, real-life examples, diagrams, and step-by-step problem solving to make concepts clear and engaging. For Chemistry and Physics, I emphasize concept clarity, numerical practice, and exam-oriented techniques. For English, I focus on reading comprehension, vocabulary building, grammar, writing structure, and spoken confidence. I regularly check understanding through questions, short exercises, and recap sessions, ensuring students are comfortable before moving forward. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, which includes concept explanation, guided practice, and doubt-clearing. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed, especially for exam preparation or revision. I hold a BTech degree in Biotechnology and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing. My academic background provides a strong foundation in Chemistry and Physics, while extensive academic writing and professional experience have strengthened my English communication skills. I am patient, organized, and skilled at explaining complex topics in a simple and relatable way. My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students, particularly those studying Chemistry, Physics, and English. I also support students who need help building confidence, improving basics, or preparing for exams. I aim to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and motivated to learn.
