About Rio-Madison
Hey! I am Rio-Madison, a certified holistic health coach and podcast host. I have been working with people to help guide them to a healthier, happier, more balanced version of themselves for over 5 years.
I know very well that the healing path isn't linear. As a teenager, I struggled with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and had a hard time understanding and processing my emotions.
Which ultimately gave me the desire to help others with holistic healing. My biggest goal is to help people learn what I wish I knew then for a fast track to getting on a healing path!

During our lessons we will find which areas of life need balancing to create harmony and work holistically. I will provide journal prompts, worksheets, and talk with you about what it is you are hoping to work through and / or improve.
These lessons are for you so if there is something particular you are hoping to work on we will focus on that.
I am a certified holistic health coach and I specialize in mental health, eating disorders, and helping guide you to a more balanced version of you!
