HARIHARAN is an Holistic Life Coach. He is an expert in ( Theruptic Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Advanced Pranayamam. Energy Healing , Pranic Therapy , De Addiction Workshop and Counselling Therapy . He has been successfully taking various types of Programs for Home Theruptic Yoga, Children memory Yoga and for corporate people . He is an previous BPO & IT professional and since his experience in IT comes handy while understanding the problems faced by working professionals due to lifestyle and corporate working culture. He has been teaching Yoga since 5 years.
His quest for Yoga and Spiritual knowledge is vast as he spent in an traditional ashram life style with many gurus like Sri Sri Ravi Shankar , Swami Vedatha Maha rishi , Sri Ramana Maha Rishi . He can take his programs in a Holistic way by taking tips from Vedic Litreature.
