About Archana
As a dedicated yoga practitioner, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my teaching. I am a proud holder of an RYT 200 certification, which lays the foundation for my yoga instruction. My expertise extends to specialized areas, as I am certified in both prenatal and postnatal yoga, ensuring new and expectant mothers receive the most beneficial and safe yoga guidance.
I also hold a certification in Kids Yoga, with a focus on supporting children who exhibit hyperactivity, helping them channel their energy positively through yoga. My qualifications include a Yin Yoga certification from Yoga Alliance, allowing me to offer a balanced practice that includes both dynamic asanas and the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga.
Additionally, I have achieved a Level 3 - 800-hour 'Yoga Teacher & Evaluator' certification from the Ministry of Ayush, which not only recognizes my advanced teaching abilities but also qualifies me to evaluate and mentor upcoming yoga instructors.
My approach is holistic, compassionate, and adaptive to the needs of each individual student, whether they are children, adults, or seniors. I am committed to sharing the transformative power of yoga with all who wish to join me on this journey.

We then flow into traditional asanas, tailored to all levels and enriched with modern anatomical insights. Each class is structured to start with centering breathwork, followed by a series of strengthening postures, and culminates in a dedicated Pranayama practice to enhance respiratory health and inner calm.
As a seasoned instructor with over a decade of experience, including specialized prenatal yoga, I bring a nurturing and mindful approach to each class. My teaching style emphasizes mindfulness and the harmonious balance between physical alignment and mental serenity.
These sessions are designed for a diverse audience, welcoming school children, college students, and adults. Whether you're seeking a break from academic pressures, stress relief, or a healthier lifestyle, my classes offer a sanctuary for growth and well-being.

Archana is an excellent yoga teacher. She helped my husband recover and get back on his feet after he broke his leg. Her yoga classes have also been a great help for me, especially after 40, when the body tends to become stiff, by keeping me flexible and active.
