About Booma
I am Booma, based in New Malden, London, UK, and a passionate and friendly mentor who believes in improving health through simple and sustainable daily habits. My native language is Tamil, and I can also speak professional English. After my pregnancy, I faced challenges such as weight gain, PCOS, irregular periods, hair loss, and unhealthy skin. Through my personal journey, I learned how small lifestyle changes like healthy eating, proper hydration, walking, and consistent routines can bring powerful results. I also enjoy gardening, which supports stress relief and natural living. I want to teach and support others who are going through similar struggles, helping them build a balanced, healthy, and confident life in a practical and easy way.
