About Masego
My name is Masego Chale, I am a HR and business management graduate. I believe knowledge is power but too many people leave school/university unprepared for the real world. I intend to change that. I want to share the knowledge I have because I believe it can help lay a solid foundation for young people in order to prepare them for the work environment. I also want to encourage students to become self-sufficient, self-reliant in the hopes of creating a workforce that is proactive and not reactive. Our country needs innovate and creative thinkers, who can create sustainable jobs and stabilise our economy and I believe that starts with a good, solid education.
