About Keenan
my name is Keenan I'm a wise and peaceful workout zealot.
that is always researching and learning new ways to take care of people inside and out. I have had arthritic and joint pain since I was 12 years old and have an extreme passion and driven mind in keeping people healthy and happy. I work a full-time job as a warehouse worker and end up lifting 100 pound or more materials all the time throughout a day and still go to the gym for an hour after work every day. but I want to teach the amazing knowledge I do have on my spare time to help as many as I can and make as many students as possible healthy and live happier lives. I am a church going individual so I also will have certain times on Sunday that I won't do but will still teach when available on Sunday!

I teach on a basis of scheduling. type of skills needing to be honed. plus, overall personal student's goals I teach proper exercise posture. workout plans and nutritional advice. I teach a wide variety of
: workouts strength buildup, explosion, balance or aerobic.

: proper kicking and punching for MMA.
: guarding techniques
: nutritional advice (specific to each Indvidual's needs and allergies.)
: destressing, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing.
these lessons are for beginners to intermediate. typically ranging from one- or two-hour sessions will create lesson plans on desires to learn in specific topics above.
