About Emilia
I have studied the field independently for 3-4 years and as well as with a psychologist, have gone through my own serious problems, from which I gained experience and knowledge to teach the subject to others. In addition, I use methods that are not only based on my own experience, but also widely accepted therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and hypnotherapy based on early childhood psychology.

I teach practical approaches and thought patterns on how an individual can take care of their own emotional well-being in their daily lives when problems arise or have risen. I teach from the point of view of a hypnotherapist, that is, from the root of problems so that people know how to manage trauma therapy on their own in everyday management.
