Ich bin Flora, Ernährungs-, Entspannungs- und Fitnesstrainer sowie Personal Health & Fitness Coach. Meine Ausbildung habe ich an der Sportacademy Vienna gemacht. Mir macht es Freude, Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Gesundheit, Fitness und Wohlbefinden zu begleiten. Dabei geht es mir nicht um strenge Regeln, sondern um Lösungen, die zu deinem Leben passen. Ob Training, Ernährung oder Entspannung, ich zeige dir einfache Wege, wie du dich fitter fühlst, gesünder lebst und mehr Energie im Alltag hast.

Hallo, ich bin Flora. Ich unterstütze Menschen dabei, fitter zu werden, sich gesünder zu ernähren und im Alltag mehr Ruhe zu finden. Mir ist wichtig, dass wir gemeinsam einen Weg finden, der zu dir und deinem Leben passt, ohne strenge Diäten oder überfordernde Trainingspläne. Wir arbeiten so, dass es sich gut anfühlt und du Fortschritte machst, die auch langfristig bleiben, ohne JoJo-Effekt Ob du Muskeln aufbauen, abnehmen oder einfach mehr Energie im Alltag haben möchtest, ich begleite dich Schritt für Schritt. Meine Schwerpunkte: • Training für mehr Kraft, Ausdauer und Beweglichkeit • Ernährung, die schmeckt und dich bei deinen Zielen unterstützt • Entspannungstechniken für weniger Stress und besseren Schlaf Melde dich gerne bei mir und ich freue mich, dich kennenzulernen.f
