About Raghav
I have earned my MBA degree from IIM Indore, completed BA in Management from IIM Indore and BA in Economics from IGNOU.
With my first startup at the age of 19, it was a fast food joint, followed by an app-based laundry service which received an award from India’s biggest conglomerate, and finally a tech company at the age of 22, that deployed concepts of computer vision to create 3D maps of city-scale infrastructure, generating revenues of over $170,000 in first 20 months.
I’ve had my fair share of innovation experience while designing a portable and affordable public urinal, which received country wide, including appreciation from the Prime Minister of India.
I’m a passionate photographer as well, having received multiple awards for my work while travelling around the world exploring the art.

Career counselling is all about one's own interests, passion and strengths. I tend to let the candidate talk for hours. My questioning enables the candidate to acknowledge their own train of thought. This helps them identify their core strengths, aligned with their passion. I then tend to recommend them plenty of options and hear their views about each of them. This process goes on for a while till the candidate is satisfied and motivated to start their journey in that path. Most importantly, I'm a mere catalyst, they themselves derive their path!
