Perfect! I’ve been training for a few weeks now and overall it’s been a good experience. The trainer is knowledgeable and keeps the workouts structured, though sometimes sessions can feel a bit repetitive. That said, I’ve definitely started seeing progress and feel more consistent with my fitness.
