About Lynn
My name is Lynn. Yoga opened a new world for me. In the course of an injury, I began to intensively study and practice this holistic training system. Yoga does not follow a uniform rule, but is practiced in as many ways as the depths of our consciousness that it opens up to us. It is up to our personal attitude and devotion to learn these methods for body and mind, to practice them with persistence and devotion and to gradually grow beyond ourselves. My yoga training began in India, the country and origin of yoga. Deepened through intensive practice and further trainings, I would like to share my experiences and my knowledge with others in order to perceive life and our existence in its fullness and to deal with the challenges more easily. I am a certified yoga teacher with a focus on Raja and Hatha yoga. In June 2019 I completed a very traditional and intensive 200 h Yoga teacher training in the country of origin of Yoga, India. The teachers and mentors of the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences & Research in Indore, Madhya Pradesh taught me a variety of techniques, methods and wisdom from this thousands of years old training system, which I deepen through advanced training and intensive practice. In February 2020 I supplemented my training with a certification in Vinyasa Yoga, a 25h online training with a focus on anatomy and basics of Vinyasa by Edward Modestini and Nicki Doane. Followed by another online training in Yin Yoga by Steph Ball-Mitchell and the Yoga & Ayurveda Center in Bangor, PA, United States / Online Yoga School in January 2021.
