About Pooja
I am an international karateka having represented the country at different international tournaments. I have myself overcome chondromalacia patella and lost weight to get back into professional karate again by following strict diet and workout regime. Being in the sports domain for 25 years I know what works and what doesn't according to body type.

Having been in the sports domain for the past 25 years, having overcome sickness and extra weight during the same, I have experienced different things. So I listen to how the person's body responds, what their aim is and then outline personalised program as each individuals body is different and it's response to food and exercise is different.
