About Annie
Hi! I am a med student majoring in pathology at the University of Sydney. During my first year of the IB Diploma, I honestly struggled because I had no idea what I was doing or how to study effectively. It took me until my second year to figure out which study methods that actually worked for me, and once I did, things improved a lot. That experience taught me the importance of perseverance and finding what works for you instead of giving up. I'm really passionate about healthcare and how it can improve people's lives, and I also have a strong interest in international relations.

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and learning style. We can work through course content together, review challenging topics, and focus on anything you'd like extra help with. I can also provide past exam papers for use during lessons to build confidence and strengthen exam technique.
Lessons also typically run for 1–2 hours, depending on your goals and the amount of content you'd like to cover!
I have been tutoring for the past two years, after graduating from the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). During this time, I've helped students improve their understanding of course content, develop effective study habits, and prepare confidently for assessments. I teach IBDP1 and IBDP2 students, as well as students who are about to begin the IBDP and want to get a head start. While I specialize in exam preparation and intensive revision, I also enjoy helping students build strong foundations in new concepts and discover study strategies that suit their individual learning style.
