About Ishrat

I am an International relations undergraduate in my first year at university. English whether it be English Literature or English language has always been my strong point, achieving A* in both fields during my GCSEs and an A at A-level as well.

About the lesson

During my A-levels I realised that the classes I appreciated most weren't necessarily the topics I was most interested in, rather it was the teachers that made the class enjoyable. My teaching method entails me using lesson plans in which I introduce the topic in an engaging and comprehensible way, then explicitly teach the material. Thereafter, I always ensure time for students to practice the material on their own. Of course, this method can be adjusted based on the subject and the student's individual needs.
