About Sushmitha
Sushmitha grew up surrounded by yoga in India, honing her skills in this ancient art from an early age. She later formalised her training at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, one of the oldest and most renowned in the world. Since then, she has helped people of all backgrounds and abilities find joy through movement, from athletes, to senior executives, to underprivileged kids.
Sushi’s Vinyasa flow classes combine the best of traditional yoga techniques with the latest in functional fitness. Her creative sequences paired with uplifting beats will both relax and energise you. Her teaching expresses the joy of movement, with an emphasis on finding the balance between strength and surrender. Come intrigued, leave integrated.

Vinyasa Classes
The Vinyasa flow classes combine traditional yoga poses with modern breathing techniques into a creative sequence with uplifting music that will both relax and energize you.
Weekend movement module
Blends practices from Yoga and HIIT in a manner of play into a mat based beats driven practice that helps you reset your body and mind over a weekend. Think sun salutations, with burpees and good beats.
Introspection Through Movement
A hybrid session that increases the flexibility of your muscles as well as your mindset, through introducing the latest tools in emotional intelligence to a regular yoga class. Learn to articulate what you’re feeling, as you embody each power pose, finally weaving them into your own vinyasa sequence that represents your core desired feelings.
