About Debora
Hello! My name is Debora, and I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years. and more than 5 doing classes. In addition to my studies in Hatha yoga, I have deepened in the area of meditation and yoga nidra (relaxation technique or deepening in consciousness). Yoga is an ancestral discipline from India, whose main objective is to eliminate fluctuations in the mind to achieve a state of harmony and well-being.

About the classes ... The class structure of my classes consists of the following parts: - Asanas or Postures: Work on the physical body - Yoga Nidra or relaxation: Work on physical and energetic body - Pranayamas or respiratory exercises: Work on the energetic body - Dhyanam or focus / meditation exercises: work on the mental body About Hatha yoga ... The word Hatha means “Eliminate conflict through the balance of polarities”, so it is about minimizing the impact of the vicissitudes of life through the intelligent handling of polarities, the dynamic balance between the feminine and the masculine, between the left and the right, between what is above and what is below, between the past and the future. Throughout history it has been mistakenly classified as Physical Yoga and considered a lower system by the other methods ignoring the deep states of meditation and spiritual development that are achieved with its practice. For Hatha Yogis it is more affordable to start the practice from the physical body and thus impact the resistance of the mind.
