About Silvia
My name's Silvia and I'm a 23-year-old Italian living in England. After gaining my First Class Honours BA in English Literature and Theatre Studies from Aberystwyth University, I completed an MPhil in Comparative Literature at University of Cambridge and I will start my PhD in Italian Literature at University of Oxford in October, while working in education and publishing.

I have 5 years of experience as a volunteer tutor. I used to plan and deliver Italian classes for beginners as well as English classes for kids and young learners. I recently joined MFL Mentoring and did my first experience as a mentor in a school. I offer 1-hour intensive sessions that effectively combine theory and practice.

As a native speaker, Silvia can teach you correct pronounciation and slang which I especially loved. She also knows Spanish which is an additional bonus in learning Italian. Overall, the best language tutor I've ever had. I strongly recommend!
