About Frank
I practice a Socratic, conversational style of tutoring. Depending on the student's current level of comfort with the material, I build lesson plans around their interests, personality traits, and specific goals. Having worked with students ranging from 3rd grade to college and graduate level, I have a keen ability to identify students' natural talents and use them as a starting point to tackle more complex material. For all students, I aim to foster a warm and approachable environment where we are able to address weak spots through building confidence and elucidation rather than fear or shame.
