Jazz and classical professional pianist teaching students of all ages and all levels!

Joe taught my kids (age 9 and 6) piano. Both of my kids have been inspired by Joe's teaching style, which involved some fun jamming together and some practise on the book. They also loved that he would help them learn their favourite songs! This style of teaching means that both my kids have enjoyed lessons plus they are keen to play outwith lessons. His cool and informal approach has worked wonders for getting them enthusiastic about piano and confident about their ability to have fun with and make music.

Patient, knowledgeable and generally a really lovely guy to be with every week. I've thoroughly improved as a jazz pianist and composer under his tuition.

Joe managed to pin down exactly what I needed to work on. He always crafted the perfect lessons and steps for me to improve in every area of my musicianship. Every lesson has left me with a clear sign of progress and what to look at next and having him as a teacher has helped me improve immensely.
Joe is also incredibly friendly and patient and every single lesson with him has been an absolute joy. I could not ask for a better teacher.
