Miles Brennan is a highly skilled jazz, contemporary and electronic musician teaching all skill levels from absolute beginners to advanced professionals.
As an expert in improvisation, composition, production and live electronic performance, Miles' rounded and holistic musical understanding gives his students the best chance of developing a lifelong love and enjoyment of music.
With over seventeen years playing experience and a passion for inspiring musical and personal growth, Miles takes pride in challenging his students and nurturing the innate creativity which exists within each of us.
Areas Taught Include;
Development of exceptional piano and keyboard playing skills, understanding melodies, chords, scales, theory and sheet music.
Exploration and nourishment of creativity through improvisation exercises
Learning challenging new pieces from contemporary, classical, jazz and popular repertoire and enhancement of aural / listening skills.
Electronic music coaching; sound-synthesis, sequencing, sound design, ableton live, music production, live electronic performance.
