About Ajay
I have continued to have saxophone tuition from a young age so feel as though I am able to connect well with students and offer enjoyable lessons as I have a great understanding of what makes lessons enjoyable from having so much time as a student. I play Alto sax, Tenor sax as well as Baritone sax so will be able to cater to your specific needs. I have my own quartet consisting of myself on Baritone sax accompanied by drums, guitar and bass playing a mix of standards, modern jazz and originals. I play in jazz big bands such as the Northern Swing Orchestra as well as playing in many function bands for weddings and events. I also do some DJ Sax gigs playing in a range of different venues from garden parties to clubs!

In my lessons I try to keep it more student led, this is to ensure the student is enjoying the lesson and getting maximum engagement. We can work through graded exams if that is what you are after, or just focus on specific areas you are looking to improve in. Lessons are either 30 minutes or 1 hour, and are for anyone from beginner to intermediate.
