About Benjamin
I have played the trumpet for 14 years and over the years studied at Framnäs Folk High School outside Piteå, Skurup Folk High School in Skåne, and now I live in Gothenburg where I study Improvisation at the University of Music and Drama. In addition to studies, I freelance as a jazz musician in Gbg, Malmö, Sthlm and other parts of Sweden, but have also played in Italy, Estonia, Germany.
I myself have had problems with trumpet technique during a previous period and have therefore done a lot of research in practice methods and technique and want to get the chance to share my discoveries and knowledge.

We meet live or digitally according to preference and go through technique, sound, phrasing and improvisation.
Mainly for beginners but also intermediate players who have played for a few years and need to get to the next level as a musician.
I have had good experiences from my early teachers: Danne Johansson, Gerard Presencer, Arve Henriksen, Per Ivarsson.
