About Jessica A
I am an ISSA and NESTA certified fitness instructor with 10+ years in the fitness industry. I have a background in Biomechanics, Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Therapy, Sports nutrition GLP-1 Exercise and Health Coaching.
I have experience working with kids on health-related homework and after-school projects.
I work with adults and children to stay in shape and get regular exercise when they can't afford a regular GYM.
