I am an MMA fighter/Kickboxer who is on the part to greatness, I have been giving fitness classes for one year now, as my career demands me to be at a top level fit, so I would love that you join me on this Journey to getting to our ultimate body fantasies and fitness levels.

So my program every day commences with a minute of warm-up in other to get our heart rates up and running, then some stretching to loosen up those muscles and we begin a 3 sets of 3 workout, in total consisting of 9 different 30sec workouts with a minute break in between each set. Of course starting with the easy workouts first and progress as our body progresses weeks to weeks.
