About Sophia
I have been writing for years and have received A's on every paper submitted in college. I am a journalism and mass communication major so I understand the importance of being a trust worthy writer. Being a tutor I stress the importance of organization when I work with my students because it sets them up for success. I work with peers regularly on essay editing, brainstorming and various topics within the subject of English. As for essay's I am fully equipped to provide my services for most majors.

I use inquiry based learning to ensure the student comprehends their homework at their full potential. I typically will have the student explain their assignment and what they are having trouble on. Then I will examine the prompt and rubric and create a plan on how to complete said assignment. I value communication when I teach students by promoting conversation on the assignment so it naturally becomes easier for the student to understand and promotes problem-solving. I can create lessons for elementary to undergraduate students.
