About Kavya
I am a passionate and dedicated fitness trainer with 5 years of experience helping women improve their fitness, strength, confidence, and overall well-being. I specialize in fitness programs designed especially for women and new moms, with a focus on safe weight loss, strength building, flexibility, stamina, and getting back into an active lifestyle.
As a mother, I've started taking fitness classes because I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, healthy, confident, and comfortable in her own body. For new moms or for some self-care or a woman who needs her best version is challenging for finding time for themselves, so my goal is to make fitness simple, enjoyable, and achievable—even with a busy lifestyle.
