About Jack
Why do I teach? When I was studying to become a teacher, I was told about the 'goosebumps' moment. Now, I understand what this means...
The smiles from students as they enter the door, the acknowledgment that a student knows I care about them, the lightbulb moment when a student understands a new concept, etc. I am a people person who loves teaching and witnessing people grow and evolve.
Here's a little more about me as a person:
I regularly enjoy surfing, running, hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding in my spare time. A daily yoga and meditation practice keeps me grounded; Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and trail running events challenge me. Spending time with my family is important to me, and this usually involves cooking and playing music together.

Perfect! My son James really enjoyed his first lesson with Jack! He found Jack to be personable and funny which helped ease him into the lesson. Jack took his time to understand James’ needs and has developed a tutoring plan to fit around that. Appreciate your time and valuable expertise Jack
