About Tom
I graduated LAMDA in July 2014, and have worked extensively in film, television and theatre since, from lead roles in the West End to HBO's Succession.
I recently finished filming for Amazon Prime's MY LADY JANE;
Other film and tv credits include RED SPARROW, FBI INTERNATIONAL, GENTLEMAN JACK, BECOMING ELIZABETH,
CALL THE MIDWIFE, GRANTCHESTER, HOLBY CITY, HUMANS, THE MUSKETEERS.
I recently finished a lead role in a production of Owners in the west end's Jermyn Street Theatre. Other theatre's include The Globe, The Yard, Southwark playhouse, Chichester, Bath, The Print rooms.

I'm a gentle and caring tutor who tailors classes to the individual requirements of students. All classes are individually designed to meet to needs of each student. There is no 'one size fits all' approach to building confidence and developing performance or presentation technique. Above all I want my actors to enjoy themselves and learn to love their work as much as possible.
As a graduate of LAMDA, I have a thorough knowledge of the LAMDA examinations and what the process is like. Some areas of the class include:
- Advice on speech choice.
- Practical working of speeches.
- Script analysis: modern & classical
- Verse speaking technique.
- Voice work (inc. breath support, articulation, range, resonance etc)
- Suggested pre-audition vocal warm-ups.
- Performing Shakespeare: Understanding verse & prose
- Self Tape preparation/screen audition preparation
- Preparing for drama schools and other acting courses
- LAMDA Exams at all levels *(working with children-Fully DBS checked)
- Public speaking, communication & confidence coaching in all areas.
All classes are available 1 hour, 1.5 and 2 hour sessions.
I teach from my home in Peckham, SE15 and online if required.
