About Pablo
"Pablo’s unique methodology provides a great balance of free-flowing conversation and structure." This is a review from a Superprof student (check below) which I believe describes me very well: I am creative, practical and reliable.
Moreover, I have encountered or even lived in diverse environments (Kenya, France, London, Taiwan). This is one of the reasons why I am able to speak 5 languages fluently.
In possession of 2 BA (Linguistics and Translation), I believe it is of utmost importance to simplify the acquisition of a second language and connecting with students. Below the certificates I possess:
o Certified TEFL TESOL teacher.
o Bachelor’s Degree in English Linguistics and Literature o Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and Intercultural Communication
o Chinese HSK 5 o French DALF B2
My over 5 years teaching experience is as follows:
o Freelance Teacher, Chinese translator and Chinese Medical interpreter (Currently)
o Chinese Teacher at Educasystem (2021-Currently) Preparation for HSK Chinese Exams.
o English Connection (2020-2021): Responsible for the improvement and learning of 51 students (4 groups and tutoring) which 6 of them obtained the Cambridge Advanced English Certificate (CAE).
o Dragons Teaching (2020): Added cultural and musical aspects making students become engaged and excited about Spain.
o Chazon Children’s Center (Orphanage) (05.2016 - 10.2016) English teacher in the town of Molo, Kenya.
o Private English Tutor – Self-employed (09.2011 - 3.2016): Key achievement: 100% pass rate of students who presented to KET, PET and FCE exams.
On a more personal note, I love football, Bollywood films, series, reading from different authors and cultures (I am very much into India, the Middle East and Asia) and specially learning from my students too! Merci!

Perfect! Thank you so much Pablo for our first online lesson. My partner and I are seeking to become fluent in French and Pablo was quick to take us on board!
I felt his encouragement of two-way communication gave room for open discussion where we could seek clarifications and share our different views. His student-centred approach cultivates critical thinking and his use of formative assessments gauged our understanding. He could suavely adjust his instruction to our terms and linguistic levels. Furthermore his incorporation of real-world examples helped us see the relevance of the shared content and it felt more tailor-made.
His lesson was well structured which meant we could cover a little of everything and we felt engaged the whole time , as well as encouraging inquiry-based learning which we found very effective.
Last but not least , Pablo established a positive classroom atmosphere. Since it was online, his use of multimedia resources was impressive and one could see that he was tech - savvy and organised so there were no delays in following the exercises.

I can say that Pablo is the best teacher I have ever had. First of all, I love his lessons because he explains things easily and practically. Secondly, learning with Pablo is fun! I DEFINITELY recommend Pablo!
Pablo is brilliant at explaining things and creates very enjoyable lessons. I've started Mandarin lessons with him and the way that he packs lots of learning into one lesson without you realising it (because it is so fun) is incredible. Very organised lessons. Definitely would recommend.
I would highly recommend Pablo for his tuition services. He is a friendly, down to earth person with a great grasp of languages and a relaxed teaching method. If you are considering learning a language he teaches, look no further.
I went to Pablo to improve my Spanish while in Spain. I wanted to become more comfortable in having conversations in Spanish. It was one of the best choices I've made in regards to language learning!
