About Lydia
I'm 22 years old and I'm currently studying an MA in Creative Writing. I have just completed a BA in French and German. I'm keen to keep those languages going as well as learning a new language, Italian, myself this year! I love languages - I believe they offer a way to truly connect with a culture. You can meet new people and experience their way of life in a way that just isn't possible if you don't know their language! I also love the little quirks of language, the idioms and how they evolve. It's so interesting as it reflects a constantly changing and growing society.

I offer a tailor-made approach to learning languages! Whether you need help with reading, writing, listening or speaking, I am here to help. The lessons are about you and what you want to get out of them. We can look at different themes, practise skills and have a lot of fun. My lessons are typically one hour long but contact me if you would like a longer lesson and we can discuss that! I have experience in tutoring to GCSE students but I'm happy to tutor anyone from complete beginners' level to A level. Look forward to hearing from you soon!
