About Carmen
I am a law and journalism student in my 4th year, in Madrid. I am diabetic and I can help diabetic children to start playing sports without fear. I have been practicing tennis and paddle tennis since I was little and receiving classes, so I have quite defined bases and technique, having received classes for many years has given me the opportunity to know how to teach through multiple techniques and with a variety of external elements to help us improve movements and postures. I am federated in Andalusia and I have competed at the regional level. I appreciate the values that sport gives you and I try to teach them at the same time as the technical part.

I base my teaching method on structured classes, which follow an order that begins with warming up and ends with stretching. There is always room for a time of competition or games. The classes are aimed at people at an initiation level or a little higher, especially children between 6-14 years old. I have been diabetic since I was 6 years old, I know perfectly all the inconveniences that a diabetic person can have when practicing sports. So it would be a great help for diabetic children who want to start sports in a safe way.
