I always start with a baseline test to assess the student's skill level and determine how they best absorb content. This is followed by a tailor-made schedule that emphasizes a collaborative approach which is goal-driven and sets out periodic markers so that progress can be measured and adjustments can be made to ensure that the student is always being challenged.
