About Emily
I enjoy giving something back to people. Part of my degree is about being able to convey thoughts and ideas in a creative simplified way, so tutoring not only makes me happy, it helps me with my own studies.
I enjoy getting students to a stage where they feel more comfortable and confident in their chosen subject. This not only helps them achieve their goals but helps them feel more comfortable in the school environment which is so important to further develop learning.
I enjoy my job! Therefore, my lessons are fun, engaging and I tailor them to each individual students needs!

I teach based on the individual student's needs. Lessons vary from being example learning based, to theory based with lots of explanation! Lessons are typically 1 hour long.
I have Grade A in A level Maths, Spanish and Chemistry. I achieved all A's and A*'s at GCSE level in all subjects. I am currently a Law student at the University of York and tutor in my spare time. I have over a year tutor experience teaching all ages and abilities. Age range is KS2 - GCSE level, any ability.
