About Fleur
I am an enthusiastic Guitar tutor with 8 years of teaching and professional experience, dedicated to helping students grow as musicians and individuals.
I teach school and college students, guiding them step by step from simple chord exercises to performing full songs with skill and confidence. Witnessing students transform from hesitant beginners to confident performers has been one of the proudest milestones of my career.
I emphasise building strong fundamentals, including rhythm mastery, chord transitions, scale practice, finger exercises, and musical expression. I also encourage creativity, personal style, and stage presence, allowing students to enjoy music while developing their own voice.
My classes are structured, patient, and motivating, ensuring steady improvement. I also teach effective practice techniques, goal-setting, and performance preparation. My mission is to nurture confident, disciplined, and lifelong guitar enthusiasts.

In my Guitar classes, I create a supportive and goal-oriented environment using Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I motivate students by helping them understand that steady effort leads to visible results. I encourage regular practice and celebrate milestones to build confidence.
Communication is interactive and respectful, allowing students to clarify doubts freely. I break down complex techniques such as barre chords, rhythm variations, and scale applications into smaller, manageable lessons.
Integrity ensures that students build strong fundamentals with correct hand positioning, accurate timing, and disciplined learning routines. I guide students honestly and patiently through challenges.
Creativity is encouraged through improvisation sessions, experimenting with chord variations, and composing short musical pieces. In addition to Guitar, I also teach rhythm development and harmony basics for complete musicianship.
