About Digambar
I am 62 yrs old, ex Managing Director of a listed company, a leadership and turnaround professional, an IITan, MBA from XLRI, international Masters in practicing Mangement at Insead/McGill/Lancaster...., I have spoken at the management institutes on ethics, leadership, content of a management job and skills required , quality and excellence, and so on. I am currently an advisor / consultant to a few organizations.
I am based at Pune and could travel for this purpose, if necessary.
I continue to read these subjects even now. I am therefore even “current “ with respect to the work being published by McKinsey, HBR. I have been a leader of the assessment teams to Tata Motors, Tata Chemicals, Tata Power in their excellence journey and have given them actionable feedbacks. I am currently a mentor to a yong industrialist.

I have learnt myself through two methodologies.....lectures plus case discussions and Reading plus reflections. So I can deal with bigger groups by the first method and smaller groups by the latter. I cannot but draw upon sharing reflections of my own experiences with my own job , exposures to some of the big companies in India and abroad and the various readings while making a point to the students/mentees.
I like to challenge the students with real life management or leadership issues in a gradually increasing complexity. I plan to show how to analyze and come to a conclusion and which competencies come into play during the implementation. When enough data is not available and decisions are required to be made, how to go about doing so and what competencies come into play then.
Given the limits of curriculum and time, I plan to work to a plan of outcome to be achieved and plan such sessions .
