About Jeevan
I am Jeevan, a professional bansuri teacher from India. I hold a Master’s degree in Music (specializing in bansuri) and have cleared the NET exam. I have been teaching online since 2017, with students across India, the USA, and Europe. Being trained in the Banaras Gharana tradition, I ensure that students get authentic knowledge as well as the joy of music.

Namaste! I am Jeevan Dhami, a professional Bansuri (Indian bamboo flute) teacher from Patna. I hold a Master’s degree in Music, have cleared UGC-NET, and have been teaching the Bansuri for over 10 years. Since 2017, I have been offering online lessons globally, and I also have experience as a music teacher in government colleges.
I received my training from the Faculty of Performing Arts, IIT BHU, and belong to the authentic Banaras Gharana tradition, which allows me to blend academic rigor with the spiritual essence of Indian classical music.
While there are many flute teachers online, with me, you’ll receive authentic and traditional Bansuri instruction, along with opportunities to explore bhajans, Bollywood melodies, meditation music, and classical ragas. I believe the Bansuri is more than an instrument — it is a path to peace, focus, and joy.
My teaching approach ensures that every student, beginner or advanced, experiences real progress and inspiration in every lesson.

My lesson fee reflects my qualifications, experience, and structured teaching approach. I hold a Master’s degree in Music (Bansuri/Indian Bamboo Flute), am UGC NET qualified, and have over 10 years of teaching experience with students from India, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
Each one-hour session is carefully planned and fully personalised according to the student’s level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Lessons include tone development, breath control, fingering techniques, raga-based improvisation, compositions, and guided practice strategies. I also focus on long-term musical growth rather than short-term learning.
Online classes are conducted professionally with clear audio guidance, live demonstrations, and continuous feedback, ensuring an effective learning experience comparable to in-person training.
