About Opal
I am a professional Chess tutor with 7 years of experience teaching school, college, and working professional students. Over the years, I have successfully guided around 200 students, helping them improve their Chess skills, strategic thinking, and game confidence. My teaching philosophy is built on patience, clear communication, and encouragement, ensuring every student feels supported while learning at their own pace. I focus on developing strong fundamentals, tactical awareness, and practical game strategies, while also introducing students to other strategic games like Backgammon, Checkers, Risk, and Settlers of Catan.
